If you haven't been to the Hsi Lai Temple in Hacienda Heights, CA and you live in LA, shame on you. The moment you drive up into the parking lot on the hill you will immediately feel an uncontrollable calmness surround your entire being, swear. As a kid I remember coming here but never really appreciated such a serene setting. Come here if you want to get away from the rage of traffic and city life, even if you practice Buddhism or not.

My Tucson friend Cassondra coming to see me this weekend was the perfect X-mas present <3. We spent most of our time Pho'ing (per usual for me) and thrifting it out at Savers. Spending 3+ hrs treasure hunting and still being down for moar is tru friendship in my book.

Also per usual I am rocking black + pleather, and these Lucca Couture pants were sooooo good I own the black ones as well as the white ones (see here) Pairing it with a yet again Lucca Couture shirtdress, my random assortment of rings, an amazzzzing Vivienne Westwood orb necklace, gold docs, Ray-bans, and finally this heavenly faux fur clutch, I was all ready to go for the day ;).

Merry Xxxmas everyone! Be safe, SHIT GETS REAL AROUND THE HOLIDAZE(holiday shopping craziness + mall parking lot drama) But don't forget to finish all your gifting priorities. And treat yoself if you luv yoself.
